Agenda
DAY 1
WEDNESDAY, MAY 1, 2019
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Workshop: A Week of Eating in 2023
Presented by Hill Holliday
The year is 2023. Technologies, trends, innovation - and consumer expectations - have changed how people order, shop, analyze and discover every ingredient, meal and beverage.
In a 3-hour workshop, we’ll explore a week of food & beverage consumption and how automation, environmentalism and cultural shifts will impact every sip, bite and purchase. Participants will then be invited to collaborate on ideating their own future-fit food solution, and how they would bring that concept to market.
