Elizabeth Candelario, PRINCIPAL at STUDIO AIRSTREAM

Elizabeth Candelario works at the nexus of food, agriculture, and climate change. Through her consultancy Studio Airstream she works with non-profits, farms, and brands to bring more products sourced from regenerative agriculture into the US marketplace. Prior to Elizabeth’s current consulting roles, she served as President of Demeter USA, the nation’s only certifier of Biodynamic® farms and products. Over her eleven years of service, Elizabeth had the unforgettable experience of connecting brands to farms, working with many leading natural food companies to bring Biodynamic products to national retailer shelves, and fundamentally leveraging the marketplace to encourage the adoption of regenerative agriculture.
