Kate is former Research Director of New Harvest, the first nonprofit organization dedicated to cellular agriculture. Before New Harvest, Kate worked science-side at Perfect Day Foods, the first precision fermentation company to make milk proteins, where she contributed to their foundational patent. Kate holds a PhD in Cell Biology from Yale University, and is passionate about using technology for the betterment of society."
