Meera Dhingra, VP of Co-Lead Transaction Advisory at Propeller Industries

Meera started her career on Wall Street in consumer products investment banking at UBS Investment Bank covering large cap food/beverage and HPC clients including Campbell, Diageo, Pepsi, and Avon. Subsequently, Meera served as one of ten senior investment professionals at Scoggin Capital Management, a $2B multi-strategy hedge fund, where she analyzed and led investments across multiple sectors.

At this point, Meera made the transition from Wall Street to the West Coast in pursuit of a more entrepreneurial career path. After spending some time at a family office/VC in Los Angeles, Meera moved to Denver to run the finance department at the portfolio company UrgentRx, which was highlighted in The New York Times, Forbes, Inc., CNN, and Fortune. With the experience afforded at this point, Meera took the final plunge and co-founded her own CPG start-up, Chaasi Drinks. Together with her co-founder, she launched a fresh, refrigerated Indian-style spiced yogurt line — the first of its kind — in the grab n’ go segment of the natural/organic channel.

Meera graduated with honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics. Meera is an avid runner (Boston and NYC qualifier!)  She also enjoys cooking, entertaining, traveling, and her boxer shepherd, Sadie.
