Paul Kollesoff, Co-Founder & General Manager at The Urgent Company

Paul co-founded The Urgent Company in 2020 following a 20 year, international career in the food and beverage industry.  A chemist by training, Paul has always been fascinated by the link between what we put in our bodies and the impact it has on the health of us, and those around us.  Throughout his career with Glanbia and Croda, Paul worked alongside some of the worlds leading food and beverage entrepreneurs and is now bringing that learning into his endeavor to change the way the world eats.  The Urgent Company has set out to do just that, and the rapid success of Brave Robot Ice Cream shows that the world is ready for the future of food.
